Paul
Miller
BSc (QS), PrQS, PMAQS, MRICS
Paul attended the University of Cape Town and graduated with a
BSc (QS) degree in 1994. He spent his early years as a QS in the
Eastern Cape before joining MLC Cape in 1999 and was relocated
to Dubai in 2002. Paul became a director of MLC in 2009
