Paul Blackburn

BSc QS, ARICS PMAQS

Paul was born in Sussex, England and moved to Johannesburg with his family at a young age. He attended school in Johannesburg and went on to study his BSc QS degree at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. Paul spent his early years as a QS firstly in the Channel Islands followed by the Seychelles. He joined MLC in 1982 and was appointed a Director in 1987
